Job Summary
Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair services for large medical devices, including pre-installation checks, regular inspections, software upgrades, and technical inquiries. Manage service operations by tracking installation data, handling complaints, overseeing spare parts, and maintaining measurement instruments. Support sales demonstrations, customer training, and equipment maintenance while collaborating with internal departments and overseas manufacturers. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws and quality management systems. Travel domestically and internationally for on-site work, including weekend shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3年以上の医療機器業界でのField Service Engineer業務経験
- 臨床工学技士もしくは看護師として3年以上の実務経験
- TOEIC 600点以上
- 医療機器の保守点検・修理業務理解
- 薬機法、関連法規等に関する基本的な理解
- 英文マニュアル読解力
- 海外カウンターパートとの業務遂行経験
- MSオフィス(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
- 普通自動車運転免許
- 宿泊を伴う国内海外出張が可能なこと
- 夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること
- 規模拡張に応じた国内勤務地変更にも柔軟に対応可能であること
- プロジェクトマネジメント能力
- 的確なコミュニケーション能力(日本語・英語)
- 学士以上
- 医療機器修理業責任技術者
- 薬事法等に関する基礎知識
- 週1~2日程度の在宅勤務も可
- 休日出勤が発生した場合、代休を取得していただきます(休日出勤頻度 2~3回/月程度)
- 土曜日、日曜日、祝祭日等の出勤
- 年次有給休暇、公傷病休暇、生理休暇、産前産後休暇等の取得
- 9:00~17:30の勤務時間
- 通勤手当、勤務時間外手当、休日勤務手当等の受給
- E-Verifyプログラムの参加
- 医療機関やクリニックでのcredentialing要件の遵守
