Job Summary
Inspect assigned Dropbox locations to ensure they are clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily operations. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic mechanical repairs on equipment using established procedures. Troubleshoot equipment problems, escalate complex issues, and provide detailed documentation with photos to internal teams. Track completed work, maintain tools and supplies, and communicate professionally with partner teams and vendors. Travel between sites to assist at regional locations and identify recurring problems to improve site reliability. Commit to a six-month contract with flexibility to work Tuesday–Saturday or Thursday–Monday schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 36 months
- Access to a reliable vehicle for traveling between assigned sites
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Flexibility to travel or commute to other sites within the region when needed
- Availability to work either a Tuesday–Saturday Sunday-Thursday, or Thursday-Monday schedule
- Ability to commit to the full six-month contract
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in field support, facilities maintenance, equipment repair, technical service, or a similar hands-on role
