Job Summary
Entry-Level Agricultural Field Technician responsible for silo/bin cleaning, material transfers using industrial vac systems, scraping/cleaning/moving materials in confined spaces, and operating hand/power tools, pressure washers, and PPE across agriculture, railroad, and grain processing industries. Travel up to 75%. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; CDL Class B preferred; able to work outdoors in all weather and in confined spaces; OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER training provided if needed. Reports findings to supervisors and may work independently or as part of a crew; emphasizes strong work ethic and team mentality. Work environment includes outdoor, all-weather conditions, confined spaces, heights/underground settings, and regular physical labor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license (CDL Class B preferred)
- Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, or similar outdoor labor a plus
- Comfortable working in physically demanding, dirty, and confined environments
- Able to travel frequently and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER training (provided by company if needed)
