Job Summary
Field Tech Associate responsible for Audio Video setup, coordinating with vendors, and supporting Town Hall events. Responsibilities include AV setup issues, coordinating with Global Conferencing team, assisting clients with connecting video conferences before events, enabling presentation connections from the main venue, providing support for Townhall events, and performing daily health checks on meeting-room devices. Requires 2-4 years of AV support, strong AV/IT skills, ITIL basics, ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow, Remedy), good English communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work rotating 24x7 shifts with possible travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 Years’ experience in Audio video Support
- Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including equipment, software, and networking
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must
- Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
- Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing client requirements
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7
- Travel including overnight domestic may be required
