Field Team Leader

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Field Auditors by monitoring KPIs, productivity, and compliance with operational standards. Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training to drive team performance. Coordinate fieldwork planning, visit assignments, and progress monitoring while supporting auditors in resolving operational and store-related challenges. Perform physical store checks and panel controls when required, and manage device and hardware preparation. Support hiring activities including interviews, onboarding, and resignation processes, while providing operational support via phone and chat. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure timely communication and follow-ups, and maintain operational records. Manage finance and expense-related activities and track special project status updates.
