Job Summary
Manage a team of 3-4 canvassers conducting public outreach to engage potential voters in the Brantford-Brant South-Six Nations riding. Lead daily team meetings, coach members on script delivery, and monitor performance via online reporting portals. Represent the client professionally as an ambassador while walking neighborhoods and traveling between assigned areas in a personal vehicle. Submit accurate daily and weekly reports, uphold company standards for integrity, and ensure objectives are met through analysis. Requires Wednesday-Saturday availability from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus a valid driver's license and smartphone.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience
- Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with the public
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in following scripts and protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- You are a conservative voter, or you are bipartisan and have no political affiliations
- Full-Time Availability - Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM)
- Comfortable standing, walking and being on your feet for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone required for field data collection
