Job Summary
Partner with Field Leadership teams to provide strategic HR consulting on succession planning, talent management, and performance. Design and implement change management plans while analyzing financial and HR metrics to drive retention and bench building. Manage concurrent projects across COE partners to support business objectives, educate teams on policies, and develop tactical talent development actions. This role requires bi-lingual fluency and 5-7 years of experience supporting Field retail leaders. Starting salary is $103,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Human Resource or Talent Management experience supporting Field retail leaders at the Director level
- Functional HR expertise in the following areas: talent management, employee and manager coaching, HR program and process implementation, learning and development, compensation and recognition, and employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree, Equivalent experience may be substituted for an educational degree
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) fluency
