Job Summary
Field Talent Advisor role supporting Field Leadership teams across the greater New York club locations. Responsible for strategic HR consulting to Regional Directors and managers on people-related topics, change management plans, workforce analytics tied to HR and talent metrics, and talent planning. Will lead or partner on multiple projects with COE teams, design and implement talent management processes, and communicate policies effectively. Requires 5-7 years of HR/talent management experience, strong coaching and development skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to build trust-based relationships. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience and be comfortable working in a matrixed environment with independent initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of Human Resources or Talent Management experience supporting Field retail leaders at the Director level
- Functional HR expertise in talent management, employee and manager coaching, HR program and process implementation, learning and development, compensation and recognition, and employee engagement
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed environment
- Experience partnering with regional directors and managers on people-related topics
- Willingness to work in a role supporting Field leadership across multiple geographic regions
