Field Systems Implementation Specialist

Field Systems Implementation Specialist responsible for driving design-to-operations handover for tolling projects, coordinating internal groups and external vendors, leading procurement lifecycle (RFP development, vendor evaluation), validating tolling system functionality, overseeing field installation and deployment readiness, and serving as the integration coordinator among ITS, IT, Operations, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders. Requires ensuring compliance with MOT, CDA, and ConOps, managing project plans and change requests, training users, maintaining inventory controls, and coordinating with contractors to meet schedule, budget, and design requirements. Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/EE or related field and ~5 years of relevant experience; strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and proficiency with IT/network tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project or planning tools) are needed. Ability to work weekends/nights on-call and perform physically demanding field work is expected.
