Field Support Technician - NY City

Job Summary
Field Support Technician responsible for in-field installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of DCU equipment across NYC, including diagnosing backhaul and network issues, coordinating with Field Services Manager and Project Coordinator, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Requires ability to operate bucket trucks or lifts, work outside in all weather, maintain detailed field reports in CRM, and complete required safety training (DOT, fall protection, etc.). Preference for related technical/associates degree and experience with utilities or RF/wireless, plus strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage schedules independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years related experience in field technician/technical support or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations as specified in company policy
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 150’
- Ability to operate bucket trucks or man lifts
- Strong English communication skills
