Job Summary
Field Support Technician (FST) serves as the frontline technical representative supporting internal R&D, deployed systems and customer operations. Responsible for fielding and troubleshooting CHAOS’ software and hardware capabilities in operational environments, working directly with military, government, and commercial customers to ensure mission success. Requires hands-on hardware familiarity in the field, strong initiative, cross-functional coordination with logistics, engineering, and program teams, and the ability to lead basic system troubleshooting while escalating complex issues to engineering. Must work full-time onsite at the Headquarters in Hawthorne, CA, with regular CONUS/OCONUS travel (approximately 50%).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting military, government, or enterprise technology systems
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
