Field Support Technician | ATX

Inspect assigned DropBoxes and maintain clean, organized, safe, operational sites that meet Zipline standards. Perform routine preventive maintenance on DropBox systems and site equipment using established procedures, completing basic repairs and light maintenance within approved procedures. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify hazards or deficiencies, and take appropriate action to protect safe operations. Document inspections, maintenance, repairs, site conditions, and escalations accurately and on time using mobile tools. Coordinate with Zipline teams, customers, and partner representatives to communicate site status and follow issues through resolution or handoff. Travel between assigned regional sites and support other regional locations as business needs require.
