Job Summary
Coordinate provisioning and troubleshooting of ONTs and phone services; support field operations and technicians; manage provisioning dashboard and QC tasks; interface with Supervisors/Managers to ensure on-time service delivery and reliability. Strong collaboration with field teams, ability to troubleshoot device issues, configure add-ons in Cloud, and assist with asset movements in Intuition.
Required Qualifications
- Working computer knowledge
- Understanding of ISP services and systems
- Ability to work with other teams and team members
- Ability to pass drug test
- Work on weekends and holidays
