Job Summary
Assist an entire state with loan applications, call volume flows, and other processes as deemed within the Field Support Program. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in the office with questions, concerns, product availability, and services on past due accounts. Complete call routes daily, perform skip-tracing, and update borrower records while promoting products like tax preparation. Process loans for approval or denial, post payments, prepare documents, and execute loan closings. Balance cash drawers, prepare daily deposits, and securely transport operating cash and interim deposits to and from a bank. Maintain delinquency reports, complete weekly progress reports, and assist with branch training. This role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting cash and deposits. Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $20.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable personal transportation to perform essential job duties, including transporting operating cash and daily deposits to and from a bank
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required to perform assigned duties
- High school diploma, preferably with a college level degree, or equivalent work experience
- Must be licensed or have the ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products
- Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills
- Must be able to work well with a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically
- Must be able to perform computer work, handle documents, and communicate information effectively
- Must be able to perform incidental tasks to help maintain a professional office environment
- Regular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours is essential
- Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs
- Occasional local travel to off-site locations as required for business purposes
