Job Summary
Field Support Specialist responsible for supporting Daikin HVAC product line through on-site installations, system commissioning, and technical training for distributors and dealers. Drives performance by overseeing installations, reviewing Manual J and D reports, delivering remote/onsite technical support, solving field design and performance issues, setting up control systems, and leading training sessions. Requires extensive travel, strong HVAC technical expertise, excellent communication, and proficiency with diagnostic tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on installation and technical service experience within the HVAC industry
- 10 years of installation experience preferred
- Associate’s degree highly preferred
- EPA/RSES, NATE, Title 24 expertise or California contractor license preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
