Manage warehouse organization and job logistics while learning pump, motor, valve, and plumbing basics through hands-on exposure. Gain foundational knowledge in pool chemistry and equipment fundamentals before building toward independent repair work. This structured, hands-on training position prepares you for a defined career ladder from Field Support Specialist through Repair Technician IV. You will travel with experienced technicians during the training period to develop real skills in the pool repair trade.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable, physically capable, and ready to work outdoors in Florida heat
- Coachable — willing to learn from senior techs and take direction
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record (background check required)
- Full-time availability, 40 hours/week
- Must be willing and able to travel with senior technicians during the training period
