Provide senior-level support for complex production issues by troubleshooting system problems, reviewing production setup accuracy, and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with photography, logistics, and production staff while conducting miscellaneous research tasks that support service accuracy. Maintain a positive attitude and customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key resource for photographers, account managers, and territory managers, ensuring the integrity of data and images across internal platforms.
