Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues while ensuring incidents are resolved quickly, effectively, and recorded appropriately. Deploy new hardware and software solutions, including installing and migrating customer networking equipment. Attend customer sites for break-fix and chargeable incidents, managing a diverse workload with a focus on excellent customer service and documentation. Travel frequently throughout the UK, requiring a valid UK driving license. Based in the London office with ideal residence in the Thames Valley area, this full-time role offers a salary of £28,860 to £36,000 per annum plus a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Excellent customer service
- Confidence to make decisions and demonstrate sound judgement
- A full and valid UK Driving License
- Valid UK driving license
- Ideally, you will reside within the Thames Valley area
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience using Mitel
- Networking fundamentals, CCNA
