Job Summary
Field Supply Chain Specialist responsible for third-party supplier management across the automotive supply chain to ensure vehicle repair and maintenance logistics. Oversees fleet management, vendor management, and process improvement; analyzes throughput and identifies bottlenecks; prepares and delivers reporting to leadership and clients; travel is minimal (Less than 15% annually) and role is hybrid in nature; collaborates with internal operations teams to optimize repair and maintenance processes and to ensure timely service for fleet drivers. Proactively works with suppliers to prevent delays and manage backlogs while delivering customer service to drivers and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Fleet Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SmartSheets, OneDrive, or Sharepoint
- Fleet operations experience preferred
- Vendor management experience preferred
