Field Supervisor

Manage daily EMS operations by assigning and reviewing crew work, monitoring patient conditions en route, and ensuring all ePCRs are completed timely. Oversee supply system management, including inventorying, ordering, and issuing medical supplies, while maintaining operational fleet status through daily vehicle checkouts. Collaborate with communications and maintenance teams to maximize resource utilization and ensure safe vehicle performance. Review and report all incidents and accidents per company policy, inspect units for standards conformity, and handle hospital or customer complaints. Act as second in command to the Shift Supervisor and Operations Manager, addressing schedule gaps and initiating disciplinary actions when necessary.
