Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor role overseeing in-home caregiving services for immigrant communities, with responsibilities including monitoring caregiver performance, conducting home visits, supporting business growth through marketing and community outreach, resolving client-caregiver issues, coaching caregivers, documenting visit reports and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, reporting incidents, building client-family relationships, acting as a point of contact for client concerns, participating in community outreach and developing referral sources, and assisting with marketing and client acquisition efforts. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred with an Associate degree acceptable. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Being fluent in English and Bosnian is noted. Will travel frequently to client homes within the assigned service area.
