Job Summary
Oversee in-home caregiving services and ensure quality care delivery; conduct home visits to monitor client satisfaction and caregiver performance; support business growth through marketing and community outreach; resolve issues between clients and homecare aides; provide coaching and support to caregivers; document visit reports and follow-ups; ensure compliance with company policies and regulations; report incidents or concerns promptly; build strong relationships with clients and families; act as a point of contact for client concerns; participate in community outreach and networking; develop relationships with referral sources; assist with marketing and client acquisition efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in human services, social work gerontology, activity therapy, recreation, physical therapy, art therapy or related field preferred; Associate degree acceptable
- Experience: Previous experience with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- Self-motivated, creative, flexible and results-driven
- Ability to be a productive team member/player
- Fluency in English/Spanish (preferred)
