Job Summary
Oversee safety and day-to-day field operations for aerial and underground fiber construction on multi-dwelling unit projects; supervise Foremen and Subcontractors, provide technical guidance, and ensure productivity tracking across sites. Promote safety, customer service, and adherence to company values; conduct coaching and performance reviews, and coordinate with fleet and tool management. Extensive travel across the United States (up to 85%) to project sites; lead field teams and ensure compliant, quality execution of fiber construction activities including pole transfers, maintenance builds, new builds, and cable installation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in the telecommunications fiber or construction industry
- Experience supervising or dispatching construction crews
- Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction (preferred)
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States (up to 85%)
- Experience operating construction equipment and machinery with safety protocols
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-relevant software
- Strong communication skills (reading and writing) to safely follow equipment and process requirements
