Job Summary
Oversee subcontracted labor crews in the new installation of roofing, siding, and gutters; source and assign daily installation jobs, coordinate materials and drop-offs, and ensure all installs meet the scheduled timeline while enforcing safety and quality standards. Act as the main liaison between crews and builders, supervise workflow to improve production, track invoices from subcontractors, and maintain clear communication with builders. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2-5 years of experience in construction industry required
- 2+ years of roofing or siding experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus and preferred
