Field Supervisor - Siding

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate subcontracted labor crews for the installation of roofing, siding, and gutters; source and recruit labor crews, assign daily installation jobs, and approve sub-contractor invoices. Interpret job orders to determine materials, coordinate material drop-offs, and verify order accuracy. Perform daily site walk-throughs to assess quality and safety, recommending improvements to production, performance, and quality. Communicate updates to builders and coordinate with scheduling and warehouse to monitor material usage. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and serve as liaison between crews and builders regarding daily installs. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and stay current with industry standards. Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish desired. Must be able to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and maintain a clean driving record. Experience in roofing or siding is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2-5 years of experience in construction industry required
- Clean driving record with no accidents or major infractions within past 3 years required
