Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor responsible for supervising field delivery activity across an allocated portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work. Leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements. Performs site-based supervision, construction coordination, work order control and subcontractor performance management to support efficient delivery outcomes. Ensures site conditions, scope requirements, safety expectations, materials, quality controls and completion standards are understood and met in the field. Acts as the control point between planning and delivery by translating approved scopes and designs into disciplined on-site execution, timely progress updates, quality assurance and right-first-time completion outcomes. Reports to the State Delivery Manager or Senior Field Supervisor. Location: NSW - Wetherill Park, Australia. About the Role Department Field Services.
