Job Summary
Field Supervisor responsible for supervising field delivery activity across telecommunications construction and installation work. Leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements. Translates approved scopes and designs into disciplined on-site execution, provides timely progress updates, and ensures right-first-time completion. Interfaces between planning and delivery, coordinating site conditions, safety expectations, materials, and quality controls. Requires strong on-site leadership, construction coordination, work order control, and subcontractor performance management to support efficient delivery outcomes.
