Field Supervisor - Property Management

The Field Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems at commercial properties. Duties include assisting the Service Manager with day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, overseeing and managing maintenance technicians, performing service calls and scheduled preventive maintenance, delegating work, providing on-the-job training, building daily work schedules with the Service Manager, evaluating systems for future maintenance or repairs, ensuring timely completion of work, developing maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules, assisting with budgeting and cost estimates, and promoting a positive and uplifting work environment for maintenance staff. Requires extensive knowledge of building systems, construction/carpentry experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational and supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must be able to traverse commercial facilities, climb ladders, work in attics and use aerial lifts; physical ability to lift 50 pounds; technical education or certifications are recommended.
