Job Summary
Create and maintain realistic schedules, proactively manage upcoming work, and communicate timelines to clients. Arrange material deliveries, coordinate subcontractors, and run multiple jobsites efficiently and safely according to company standards, contract scope, and codes. Lead day-to-day field work, coach the team, and maintain quality and professionalism on site while performing and overseeing cabinet and remodel installations. Safely operate common power tools and handle service calls and punch lists while keeping primary jobs on track.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to plan and schedule jobs and keep multiple projects moving
- Strong communication skills with both homeowners and crew members
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow (and enforce) a defined process
- Comfortable with the full range of cabinet and light remodeling installation work listed above
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Career-minded and willing to learn our systems and techniques
Desired Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of hands-on residential kitchen/bath or remodeling experience preferred
