Job Summary
Supervise 2-3 active residential and light commercial construction job sites, leading and mentoring field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Diagnose construction issues, provide practical solutions, and perform hands-on labor when necessary to keep projects moving. Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and materials across multiple projects while inspecting work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes. Train crew members on proper techniques and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers. Requires 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, including framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and finish work
- Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and prioritize daily tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials when necessary
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
