Field Supervisor

Manage daily operations as a production team member, assigning and distributing work while reviewing assignments for accuracy and completeness. Direct medical care for patients en route to the hospital, determine medical disposition, and ensure crews complete ePCRs timely. Oversee supply system management including inventorying and issuing supplies, maintain operational fleet status with daily vehicle checkouts, and inspect personnel and units against EMS standards. Review daily schedules to address gaps, respond to incidents and complaints, and initiate disciplinary actions per policy. Function as second in command to the Shift Supervisor, assisting with training and collaborating with communications and maintenance teams. Attend required management meetings and adhere to company policies regarding safety and procedures.
