Job Summary
Oversee and supervise day-to-day field operations for residential interior, exterior, and gutter projects. Lead crews, coordinate workflow, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and communicate between crews, homeowners, and internal teams. Drive project execution from start to finish, schedule subcontractors/materials/equipment, monitor progress against deadlines and budgets, prepare invoices upon job completion, identify additional repair needs, inspect work for quality/compliance, travel within the home market, and mentor/train crew members to promote skill development and team cohesion.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- 1-3 Years of experience in interiors, exteriors, or gutters preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
