Job Summary
Oversee regional in-house field crews performing LED lighting retrofits and EV charger installations (including switch gear panels, transformers, EV chargers, and protective bollards), ensuring safety compliance per OSHA and industry standards. Coordinate with municipalities, electrical inspectors, and utility companies; support Project Management with scope, installation planning, and progress reporting; manage scheduling and field execution from pre-construction to closeout; provide coaching and mentorship to crews to foster safety and technical development; travel ~80% to project sites and evaluations; lead by example within a SafetyIQ program framework. Must read electrical blueprints and plans, operate equipment like scissor lifts, and communicate effectively with project managers and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years verifiable experience in electrical
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Active driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain EVITP certification
- Colorado Journeyman license preferred; willingness to obtain additional licenses in other states
- Effective communication and leadership skills
