Job Summary
Field Supervisor for All Pro Security responsible for front-line leadership, training and coaching security guards, conducting site visits to ensure compliance with post orders and vehicle inspections, providing feedback and performance reviews, maintaining shift coverage including call-offs, investigating complaints, writing detailed activity reports, coordinating with Dispatch and Operations Admin, and supporting mobile patrol operations across Utah sites with 10-hour graveyard shifts. Starting pay $21.00/hr with potential increase to $21.50 after six months; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plan, life insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Utah security guard license (or ability to obtain)
- ability to become armed security guard within 30 days
- current Utah security guard license
- 1 year of security or law enforcement experience
- valid driver's license
- reliable personal transportation
- cell phone and internet access for communication
- basic computer and email knowledge
- clean criminal background
- ability to work days, graveyards, and weekends
- willingness to respond to and pick up shifts on short notice
- ability to write detailed on-duty reports
- ability to interact with Dispatch and Operations Admin
- armed license within 30 days
- company will assist in obtaining armed license
- strong leadership and mentoring skills
- excellent communication skills
- problem-solving and decision-making within policy
