Job Summary
Conduct regular site visits to monitor and evaluate security personnel performance across various client locations. Provide on-site support to security teams, address incidents, and assist in investigations while ensuring documentation standards are met. Advise staff on skill development to raise performance levels and uphold the highest security practices. Prepare detailed reports on site visits, team metrics, and encountered issues. Maintain open communication with security officers, management, and clients. Requires minimum 3-5 years security experience with 1-2 years in supervision, plus a Guard Card. Full-time role with weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and security incidents efficiently
- High level of professionalism
- Security certifications
