Job Summary
Oversee assigned sales routes in the Syracuse region by conducting monthly route rides, developing execution plans, and performing personal selling to capture opportunities and resolve account problems. Direct field personnel through ongoing training, performance evaluations, and corrective action documentation while maintaining inventory levels aligned with sales targets. Monitor competitive activity, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and experience in sales or retail grocery. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Secondary education preferred
- At least three years of related sales or retail grocery experience and/or training
- One year of previous supervisory or management experience
