Field Supervisor - Armed

Conduct interviews, prepare candidates for on-site interviews, and identify suitable security officers for specific sites. Provide training and guidance to security officers, develop training regimens and site orders, and oversee evaluation processes for security officers and supervisors. Visit security officers on sites regularly to address issues, implement motivational and disciplinary actions, and maintain accurate inventory levels of PalAmerican property. Ensure scheduling and payroll accuracy, participate in job fairs and recruitment strategies, and perform other assigned duties as directed while holding an Armed License or obtaining one. Requires minimum 2 years managing experience, valid driver's license, ability to travel within Nevada, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
