Job Summary
Monitor performance, address daily operations issues, and conduct post inspections to ensure quality standards and professional image at assigned locations. Perform on-the-job training for new employees, respond to call-offs by identifying replacements or standing post, and identify personnel problems such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints to forward to management. Distribute information to posts as directed, obtain signed acknowledgements, and respond to client or site emergencies by ensuring appropriate communication to Operations. Requires valid driver's license, three years of security experience, and ability to write effective reports. Location: Atlanta, GA. Salary: $22.50/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- at least one year of driving experience
- No major violations within last 36 months
- No more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months
- No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months
- No combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience
- Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting
- Able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of security industry
- Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
