Job Summary
Oversee field operations for electrical construction across multiple project sites, providing leadership to Foremen and field crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals. Travel between job locations to monitor progress, productivity, installation quality, and safety compliance; develop manpower plans and crew assignments to maximize efficiency; ensure work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, project specifications, and company policies; conduct site inspections and coordinate with Project Managers/Engineers to align field work with schedules and budgets; review drawings and documents to ensure accurate installations and identify field challenges with proactive solutions; foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and trade partners; monitor progress, manpower utilization, and key performance indicators to drive project success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of electrical construction experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and job sites concurrently
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, installation methods, and project sequencing
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Proven leadership experience directing field personnel and coordinating construction activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment
