Field Superintendent

The Field Superintendent will supervise major portions of fieldwork and coordinate with company and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Responsibilities include developing and updating project schedules, reviewing purchase orders and subcontracts, forecasting labor needs, conducting preconstruction meetings with subcontractors, maintaining cost reports, coordinating subcontractor field forces, and providing leadership and mentorship to the team. Must communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers, ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications, and support buyout and selection of major subcontractors. Strong reading of construction documents, problem-solving, organization, and leadership skills are required.
