Job Summary
Supervises the field construction of projects in the Telluride, CO area, overseeing organization, planning, and scheduling to ensure on-time, within-budget, and quality-compliant completion. Leads on-site activities, coordinates subcontractors, reviews contract documents, develops site logistics and build strategies, maintains the P6 CPM progress schedule, enforces a comprehensive safety program, conducts QA/QC through the Shaw 1-2-3 program (prephase meetings, first-day inspections, planned inspections, third-party tests, and deficiency tracking), manages submittals and RFIs, ensures proper documentation and record-keeping, collaborates with PM/PE on submittal reviews, and supports pre-construction, estimating, and proposals while mentoring field staff and participating in industry organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of building construction experience required at the Superintendent level for ground-up projects between $20M - $100M
