Job Summary
Field Superintendent responsible for on-site supervision of telecom/fiber construction projects in Baltimore, MD and New Jersey. Directs subcontractors, tradespeople, and foremen to ensure efficient workflow, quality execution, and safety compliance; manages pre-, during-, and post-construction tasks; tracks progress with construction coordinators; maintains project schedules and documentation; communicates with customers and stakeholders; travels between markets as needed; proficient with construction software (Bluebeam, Sitetracker) and reading blueprints/specifications; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating active construction sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- vocational or college degree in construction management or related field preferred
- OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred
- Experience managing subcontractors, overseeing field operations, and executing construction projects
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
