Field Superintendent - Swing Shift

Job Summary
Field Superintendent leads the on-site execution of a hyper-scale data center project, coordinating day-to-day activities with sub-contractors and field staff, supervising multiple subcontractors, maintaining daily schedules, enforcing safety protocols, resolving design and constructability issues, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. The role requires heavy collaboration with engineers, architects, consultants, and trade personnel, proficiency with construction-management software and CAD tools, and the ability to adapt to swing/night shift schedules while ensuring high-quality, on-time completion at the Amarillo, TX project site.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten (10) years of combined construction experience required
- Large scale industrial and/or high-tech experience required
- OHSA 30 Certification
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent field work experience required
- Education background in materials and methods of mechanical construction
- Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
Desired Qualifications
- OHSA 30 Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent field work experience

- Experience as a General Contractor preferred
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage field staff and coordinate with subcontractors
