Job Summary
Lead onsite construction operations as Field Superintendent across Midwest and East Coast, overseeing field crews, subcontractors, safety, schedules, and quality on commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects. Direct and coordinate field activities, manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards (typical project values $1M+). Supervise field operations, coordinate inspections and documentation, maintain safety and quality standards, and communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and inspectors. Maintain project records, drawings, and close-out documentation while upholding professional conduct and organized job sites. Requires travel or night work on select projects; proficiency with scheduling and MS Office; OSHA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or multifamily projects
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $1M in value
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and Microsoft Office tools
