Job Summary
Lead and coordinate field operations across active heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro region, overseeing multiple field crews, managing subcontractors and vendors, and coordinating equipment, material delivery, and field resources. Monitor safety, quality, and productivity; support project readiness and utility coordination; drive project progress and collaborate with company leadership on planning, execution, and operational improvements to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- Experience with water, sewer, storm drainage, or related underground utility projects
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
- Experience working on municipal infrastructure projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
