Job Summary
Field Superintendent overseeing foundation repair projects in the Austin area. Responsibilities include managing warehouse operations (inventory, ordering, stocking, organization), regularly visiting job sites to supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet quality and timeline standards, and serving as the primary liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and management. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Compensation includes a $75,000 base with commissions; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/holidays, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or superintendent experience in construction or foundation repair
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing subcontractors
- Spanish bilingual required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Clean driving record and an active driver's license
