Job Summary
Electrical Field Superintendent leading on-site mechanical construction for a large gas-fired power facility (Pecos, TX). Directs craft labor and subcontractors, schedules work, and drives workforce planning, progress reporting, and cost/schedule performance. Ensures work uses the most current design documents, aligns with project schedule and budget, and that tools, materials, and equipment are available. Collaborates with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals to interpret Engineering design documents and coordinate with Subcontractors. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 (or 9-12) years of experience, with prior experience delivering a combined cycle power plant. Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70E, and familiarity with automation software is expected. Relocation is authorized; the role is full-time office/project on-site in Pecos, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience delivering a combined cycle power plant as Field Superintendent
