Job Summary
Manage daily field operations for ground-up commercial projects by coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress against schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Oversee quality control, maintain accurate site documentation, and resolve field issues to ensure project momentum while communicating with project managers, clients, and internal teams. Track updates to the 3-week rolling schedule and handle site logistics including deliveries. Requires weekly travel to active job sites in the North Bay region with occasional visits to Nevada City or Los Gatos offices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
- Experience with construction scheduling
- Weekly travel to active job sites
- Occasional visits to the Nevada City or Los Gatos offices for training or project coordination
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Autodesk / ACC / Build
- Background in tenant improvement (TI) work
- OSHPD or healthcare construction experience
