Job Summary
Field Subject-Matter Expert & Trainer embeds on job sites to train and mentor field leaders (foremen, superintendents) in real-world conditions, delivering on-site training with multi-day coaching alongside superintendents and construction managers. Converts L&D content for the trades, translates processes into field-relevant practices, reinforces safety and quality standards, identifies skill gaps, and partners with the L&D team to sustain training momentum across multiple job sites. Highly credible with crews, capable of on-site mentoring, clear communication of why processes and standards matter, and willingness to travel for extended on-site engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on field experience as both a foreman and a superintendent (steel erection / structural steel / heavy construction) (required).
- Deep working knowledge of field operations, work sequencing, and jobsite safety.
