Field Specimen Phlebotomist - Floater

Conduct on-site patient specimen collection and shipping across multiple client sites to ensure continuous coverage during staff absences. Greet and identify patients, obtain billing and testing information, and collect urine, oral fluid, and blood specimens according to SOPs. Perform data entry, package specimens for shipping, and handle customer service duties including phone inquiries and payments. Adhere to HIPAA, DrugScan compliance, and safety regulations while maintaining workstation supplies. Requires 2 years of phlebotomy experience, ability to travel up to 90% of the time, and graduation from a phlebotomy program.
